Changing
your resolution to 800 X 600 |

If your computer is running Microsoft Windows (e.g. Windows 95,
98, NT, 2000), complete the following steps to change your resolution:

- Print this page to refer to during the process of changing the
resolution.
- Click the "Start" button at the bottom left hand corner of your
screen.
- Choose "Settings" and then "Control Panel", the "Control Panel" will
be displayed.
- Double-click on the "Display" icon, the "Display Properties" window
will appear.
- Click on the "Settings" tab near the top of the window.
- One section of the window is labeled "Desktop Area". Within this
area, ensure that the resolution is set to at least 800 by 600 pixels.
Make a note of your current resolution setting in the event you decide
to change it back. To increase the resolution, move the slide
control towards the "More" label.
- Click on the "OK" button to establish the new resolution setting.
- You will be asked to reboot your computer to establish the new
resolution setting. Click "OK" and your computer will restart with the
new resolution.
- Use these same steps to reverse the resolution on your computer.

window will appear.
- Click on the "Change the screen resolution" link.
- The bottom left section of the window is labeled "Screen
Resolution". Within this area, ensure that the resolution is set
to at least 800 by 600 pixels. Make a note of your current resolution
setting in the event you decide to change it back. To increase the
resolution, move the slide control towards the "More" label.
- Click on the "OK" button to establish the new resolution setting.
- You may be asked to reboot your computer to establish the new
resolution setting. Click "OK" and your computer will restart with the
new resolution.
- Use these same steps to reverse the resolution on your computer.
